Entry Criteria

The Surgical Facility & Team Award recognises excellence in surgical care, highlighting outstanding teamwork, patient safety, and clinical outcomes. Entrants must demonstrate high standards in surgical procedures, facility management, and patient experience. Eligible facilities must be licensed surgical centres in the UAE that provide aesthetic or reconstructive procedures.

Important Information

Open to surgical facilities and teams delivering aesthetic or reconstructive procedures in the UAE.
Entries must showcase exceptional patient care, safety protocols, and teamwork.
Facilities must comply with all relevant UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
Entrants may submit the same case in multiple eligible categories, but it can only be announced as a finalist in one, as determined by the judging panel.
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges, with no public voting element.
The entrant must abide by all competition Terms and Conditions.

Submission Requirements

250-Word Written Response – Answer a key question demonstrating excellence in surgical care, teamwork, and patient outcomes.
Facility & Team Presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) – Showcase the surgical environment, team expertise, safety protocols, and patient experience.
Supplementary Evidence (Presentation or MOV Format) – Additional proof of excellence, such as video footage, patient testimonials, DHA/MOH/DOH accreditation documents, or case studies.

Confirmations

Confirm the facility meets all required UAE regulations and licensing standards (DHA, MOH, DOH as applicable).
Confirm that the team follows strict patient safety and infection control protocols.
Confirm adherence to ethical and clinical guidelines in all surgical procedures.
Confirm that patient consent has been obtained for any shared images or case studies.
