Entry Criteria

The Best Clinic Dubai Award recognises a clinic in Dubai that demonstrates exceptional standards in patient care, clinical excellence, innovation, and overall service. Entrants must showcase their commitment to providing high-quality medical and aesthetic treatments, ensuring superior patient experience, and complying with UAE healthcare regulations.

Important Information

Open to clinics located in Dubai.
Entries must demonstrate excellence in patient care, clinical standards, and innovative treatments.
The clinic must adhere to Dubai Healthcare Authority (DHA) or other relevant licensing requirements.
Entrants may submit the same case in multiple eligible categories, but it can only be announced as a finalist in one, as determined by the judging panel.
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges, with no public voting element.
The entrant must abide by all competition Terms and Conditions.

Submission Requirements

250-Word Written Response – Answer a key question demonstrating the clinic’s excellence in patient care, innovation, and service in Dubai.
Clinic Presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) – Showcase the clinic’s environment, team, treatments offered, patient care protocols, and overall experience.
Supplementary Evidence (Presentation or MOV Format) – Additional proof of excellence, such as patient testimonials, clinic tours, or case studies.

Confirmations

Confirm the clinic is located in Dubai and is licensed by the relevant regulatory authority (DHA or equivalent).
Confirm adherence to all UAE healthcare regulations and licensing standards.
Confirm that patient care and safety protocols are strictly followed within the clinic.
