Entry Criteria

The Best New Clinic Award recognises a newly established clinic that has demonstrated excellence in patient care, innovative treatments, and service delivery. Entrants must show how their clinic has made a significant impact in the medical or aesthetic field, providing high-quality services and meeting the highest standards in patient experience within their first year of operation.

Important Information

  • Open to clinics that have been established within the last 12 months.
  • Clinics must demonstrate outstanding patient care, innovation, and high clinical standards.
  • The clinic must comply with all relevant UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Entrants may submit the same case in multiple eligible categories, but it can only be announced as a finalist in one, as determined by the judging panel.
  • The winner will be selected by a panel of judges, with no public voting element.
  • The entrant must abide by all competition Terms and Conditions.

Submission Requirements

  • 250-Word Written Response – Answer a key question demonstrating how your clinic has made a positive impact, focusing on innovation, patient care, and the services you offer.
  • Clinic Presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) – Showcase the clinic’s environment, team, treatments, and patient care protocols.
  • Supplementary Evidence (Presentation or MOV Format) – Additional evidence of excellence, such as patient testimonials, clinic tours, or success stories.

Confirmations

  • Confirm that the clinic was established within the last 12 months.
  • Confirm adherence to all UAE healthcare regulations and licensing standards (DHA, MOH, DOH, as applicable).
  • Confirm that patient care and safety protocols are strictly followed within the clinic.
  • Confirm patient consent has been obtained for any shared images or case studies.
