Entry Criteria

The Best Service and Solutions Provider Award recognises a company or individual that excels in delivering outstanding services and solutions within the aesthetic industry. Entrants must demonstrate how their services have added significant value to clients or patients, focusing on quality, customer satisfaction, innovation, and industry impact.

Important Information

Open to service providers, including but not limited to clinics, consultants, suppliers, or technology providers within the UAE.
The service or solution must demonstrate measurable benefits, including efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and overall contribution to the success of aesthetic treatments or businesses.
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges, with no public voting element.
The entrant must abide by all competition Terms and Conditions.

Submission Requirements

250-Word Written Response – Answer a key question demonstrating how your service or solution stands out in terms of innovation, customer impact, and effectiveness in the aesthetic industry.
Service or Solution Presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) – Showcase the details of the service or solution, its impact on customers or businesses, and examples of measurable success or patient outcomes.
Supplementary Evidence (Presentation or MOV Format) – Additional proof of the service or solution’s effectiveness, such as client testimonials, case studies, before-and-after results, or measurable business improvements.

Confirmations

Confirm that your service or solution has been implemented within the UAE and is compliant with all local regulations.
Confirm that you have measurable proof of success, customer satisfaction, and impact.
Confirm patient or client consent has been obtained for any shared testimonials, case studies, or results.
