Entry Criteria

The Best Clinic Support Partner Award recognises a company, service provider, or individual who has made a significant contribution to the success of a clinic by providing exceptional support. This could include suppliers of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, technology, marketing services, or any other partners who have played an essential role in enhancing the clinic’s operations, patient care, or business growth.

Important Information

Open to external partners or service providers working with clinics in the UAE.
The nominee must demonstrate how their support has contributed to the clinic’s success, whether through innovation, efficiency, patient care improvements, or business growth.
The entrant must comply with all relevant UAE regulations and ethical standards.
Entrants may submit the same case in multiple eligible categories, but it can only be announced as a finalist in one, as determined by the judging panel.
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges, with no public voting element.
The entrant must abide by all competition Terms and Conditions.

Submission Requirements

250-Word Written Response – Answer a key question demonstrating the support provided to the clinic, highlighting how it has helped improve patient care, clinic operations, or the clinic’s overall performance.
Support Partner Presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) – Showcase the nature of the partnership, the services provided, and any specific successes or contributions made.
Supplementary Evidence (Presentation or MOV Format) – Additional proof of the support provided, such as testimonials from clinic teams, case studies, or examples of the outcomes from the partnership.

Confirmations

Confirm the partnership with the clinic has been established and operational within the last 12 months.
Confirm adherence to all relevant UAE regulations and ethical standards.
Confirm patient and clinic consent has been obtained for any shared images, case studies, or testimonials.
