Entry Criteria

The Best Clinic Team Winner Award recognises an outstanding clinic team that demonstrates exceptional collaboration, professionalism, patient care, and clinical expertise. The team must showcase its ability to work together effectively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical and aesthetic treatments while maintaining a superior patient experience and adhering to UAE healthcare standards.

Important Information

Open to clinic teams across all medical and aesthetic disciplines.
The team must demonstrate excellence in patient care, clinical performance, and teamwork.
The clinic must comply with all relevant UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
Entrants may submit the same case in multiple eligible categories, but it can only be announced as a finalist in one, as determined by the judging panel.
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges, with no public voting element.
The entrant must abide by all competition Terms and Conditions.

Submission Requirements

250-Word Written Response – Answer a key question demonstrating how the clinic team collaborates, provides exceptional patient care, and achieves outstanding results.
Team Presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) – Showcase the team’s environment, roles, responsibilities, and approach to patient care, along with a focus on teamwork and clinical excellence.
Supplementary Evidence (Presentation or MOV Format) – Additional proof of the team’s excellence, such as team member testimonials, patient feedback, or examples of collaboration in action.

Confirmations

Confirm the clinic team’s adherence to UAE healthcare regulations and licensing standards (DHA, MOH, DOH, as applicable).
Confirm that the team follows all patient care and safety protocols within the clinic.
Confirm patient consent has been obtained for any shared images or case studies.
